NY Deli & Co. is coming to 819 Harden St. in Five Points, near Greene Street, according to a large banner that is hanging on the storefront there. That space was formerly home to Arroyo Tacos + Tequila, which closed earlier this year. Prior to that, the spot was home to Southern Belly BBQ for a number of years.
The banner on the building and the NY Deli & Co. website each tout that the business will offer sandwiches, juices and grab-and-go offerings. A post on the NY Deli & Co Instagram page notes the shop will have, among other things, “hot pastrami on rye, fresh juice, and late-night Phillies until 3AM.”
An exact opening date for NY Deli & Co. has not been publicly announced, though the deli’s website says it is aiming for a late summer debut.
