There are more than 90 Cinnaholic locations across 26 states and parts of Canada, per the company’s website. Cinnaholic vice president Daniel Aldrich said in a statement that offerings at the bakery are made with the “highest quality ingredients and are 100% vegan, dairy & lactose-free, egg-free and cholesterol-free.”
The Sumter location of Cinnaholic is set to be locally owned and operated by husband and wife duo Dhaval and Rutika Patel, according to the release. The couple said they saw the need for plant-based specialty dessert options in the Sumter market.
“When we discovered Cinnaholic, we loved that every item is completely plant-based without sacrificing flavor or creativity,” Rutika Patel said in the release. “We saw an opportunity to introduce something different to Sumter and create a place where everyone — whether they follow a vegan lifestyle or not — can enjoy an incredible dessert experience.”
