Ronald Graham, 58, and Rhett Graham, 31 of Salters were charged Wednesday with murder, according to a news release. Both men were taken into custody by U.S. Marshals, the release said.

The charges stem from an incident on April 25, where Rhett Graham, “acting with malice aforethought,” or ill intentions, punched an unidentified victim with a closed fist during a physical altercation at a birthday party, located at 3344 Tamara Lane, according to an arrest warrant.
