Two people were arrested after deputies found more than 11 grams of fentanyl, along with other narcotics inside a home, according to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office.

Following a search warrant executed Thursday, deputies found 11.19 grams of fentanyl, 25 grams of methamphetamine inside a residence on 4th Street in Lancaster, according to a news release. A small amount of marijuana, 30 pills of suspected Methylphenidate Hydrochloride, 23 suspected Suboxone strips and digital scales were also seized, according to the release.
Louis Belk Jr., 39, and Christa Alane Gardner, 39 — the only two people inside the house — were charged with trafficking fentanyl 4 to 14 grams, trafficking methamphetamine 10 to 28 grams, two counts of possession with intent to distribute a Schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to distribute a Schedule III controlled substance, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, and possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance in proximity to a school or park.
Deputies obtained a search for the property following a controlled purchase of meth from Belk at the home on a previous date, the release said.

“This address has been on the radar for a while, and our narcotics investigators built a good case for the search warrant and were able to get a substantial amount of both narcotics off the street today,” Lancaster County Sheriff Barry Faile said in the release.
Belk and Gardner were arrested booked into the Lancaster County Detention Center, where they were both denied bond Thursday afternoon, according to the release.
