On June 25, 2024, he shot and killed Bailey in Swansea outside of Bailey\u2019s Calvary Church Road home and shot a second victim twice in the face, the release said.<\/p>\n<p><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>Prosecutors said Inabinet had \u201cprior difficulties\u201d with Bailey. Inabinet was arrested and charged later that day, a 2024 Lexington County Sheriff\u2019s Department news release said. He has been transported to the South Carolina Department of Corrections to begin his sentence.<\/p>\n<p><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>The presiding judge was Walton J. McLeod IV. Sutania A.
