According to court documents reviewed by the Miami Herald, a woman, using the pseudonym Jane Doe to protect her identity, claims that the renowned plastic surgeon drugged and assaulted her in early May 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/usmovingexpertss.com\/?p=1242\">What SC drivers need to know about what\u2019s being done to Midlands roads, highways<\/a><\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>The complaint says the London resident, who travels often to Miami for jobs and \u201cnetworking opportunities,\u201d was hanging out at members-only club Sopra in Miami Beach\u2019s South of Fifth neighborhood on the evening of May 1. At some point, a male patron, named as \u201cThe Decoy,\u201d invited her to an \u201cexclusive\u201d after-party at \u201ca glamorous Star Island estate.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>They ended up at Hochstein\u2019s mansion, where the so-called after-party was actually a small gathering of only four \u2014 including another woman and the original man from Sopra, who paired off, leaving Doe with the defendant, the suit says.<\/p>\n<p><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>Around 3 a.m., Doe notes she was offered a tour of the home the doctor once shared with his ex-wife, \u201cRHOM\u201d star Lisa Hochstein, and their two young kids. The tour concluded in the bedroom, where he \u201ckissed\u201d her, according to the lawsuit.<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>After refusing to have sex with Hochstein multiple times, she says he suggested they go to bed, the suit continues. The woman told him she preferred to go home because she would have trouble sleeping in a stranger\u2019s home, so he offered her a \u201ccommon, benign\u201d sleeping pill, which she admits to taking.<\/p>\n<p><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>After continuing to rebuff the purported advances, the plaintiff says she \u201clost consciousness and blacked out,\u201d with no memory of what occurred after.<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>The next morning, th woman says she was still \u201chazy\u201d when the defendant left for a haircut. When he returned, she says he climbed under the covers, attempting again to have sex, when she realized her underwear was gone. Hochstein informed her they\u2019d already had sex the night before, says the 13-page filing, which added she never gave consent.<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>In the days that followed, Doe says she continued to \u201cfeel ill, suffering from persistent headaches and overwhelming exhaustion.\u201d She texted the plaintiff what drug he\u2019d given her, to which he responded \u201cmelatonin.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/usmovingexpertss.com\/?p=1241\">Town council dispute, police departures put spotlight on South Congaree<\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>The woman did a Google image search and concluded that the drug was stronger \u2014 Ambien, a prescription sedative, reads the complaint.<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>Hochstein didn\u2019t respond to a Miami Herald request for comment, but released a statement on Monday, denying all the allegations:<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have never drugged or raped anyone in my life,\u201d said the former reality star, 59. \u201cThis is an encounter I had over a year ago. There are multiple witnesses. If she believes she was raped she should go to the police. Not try to sue me for money. There is a video of her leaving my home the next day smiling and dancing. That is not the behavior of someone who believes she was raped.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>The woman is seeking monetary damages in excess of $50,000 for pain and suffering, mental anguish, depression and more, and is requesting a jury trial. She is represented by personal injury attorneys Nicholas Spetsas of Orlando and Anthony Buzbee of Houston. Neither of the two responded to a Miami Herald request for comment on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>Hochstein\u2019s lawyer, Lorne Berkeley of Cooper City, told People magazine that his client is looking forward to clearing his name and says the woman\u2019s lawsuit is \u201cfalse and financially motivated.\u201d Berkeley adds that they \u201cpossess evidence that materially contradicts the claims,\u201d and it will \u201cpresented in the appropriate legal forum.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>The forum appears to be TMZ, which just published a Ring doorbell-cam-style video of what Hochstein says is the \u201cvictim\u201d outside his home. The woman\u2019s face is blurred, and she is semi-skipping down the front-door stairs to a waiting car.
