There are three guest suites with ocean views and baths off the gallery.<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>The staircase leads to two top-story guest suites with wood-beamed vaulted ceilings and sitting nooks. One has a fireplace. The suites share a kitchenette.<\/p>\n<p><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>The west wing on the first floor has a vestibule from the pool deck to a room used as a fitness room with a beverage station, laundry bath and mudroom with a separate shower room.<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>The house has an elevator, custom floor medallions, tile mosaics and tilework and lead-coated copper roofing.
