That space was formerly home to Arroyo Tacos + Tequila, which closed earlier this year. Prior to that, the spot was home to Southern Belly BBQ for a number of years.<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>The banner on the building and the NY Deli &amp; Co. website each tout that the business will offer sandwiches, juices and grab-and-go offerings. It is an area that\u2019s busy with both pedestrian and vehicle traffic.
