The university is thriving and flying higher than it ever has before.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>Amiridis, who has served as president since 2022, will make $1.3 million, with the potential to earn an additional $350,000 per year, for a maximum annual value of $1.65 million.<\/p>\n<p><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>He will only receive the supplemental compensation if he remains in his post until 2031, when those funds vest, Westbrook explained.<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>The raise gives Amiridis a slightly higher base salary than new Clemson University President Kevin Guskiewicz, who last month signed a five-year contract with a base salary of $1.216 million.
