Murdaugh lawyers, prosecution argue over clothes<\/a><\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>Thomas Deanglo Waring, 32, was charged Thursday with attempted murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime and possession of a firearm or ammunition by a felon, according to a news release.<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>Waring\u2019s arrest follows an incident on June 10, when officers with the West Columbia Police Department responded to an apartment building in the 500 block of North Brown Street, in response to a call of shots fired. That\u2019s in a part of Lexington County between U.S. 378\/Sunset Boulevard and U.S. 1\/Augusta Road, about two miles from the Gervais Street bridge and downtown Columbia.<\/p>\n<p><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>Upon arriving on scene, officers encountered Waring wielding a Sig Saur P365 9mm handgun, which he fired multiple times at an officer, according to an arrest warrant.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/usmovingexpertss.com\/?p=2171\">What will he wear? The officer was released from the hospital a day later.<\/p>\n<p><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>Although it\u2019s unclear when Waring was discharged from the hospital, he was subsequently arrested and charged in connection to the shooting.<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>No other injuries were reported.<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>Multiple shell casings from Waring\u2019s weapon were recovered from the scene, and evidence against the man was corroborated by video recordings of the incident and witness statements, the warrant said.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/usmovingexpertss.com\/?p=2169\">Santee Cooper steams ahead with plans to restart V.C.
