The site at Catawba and Lincoln streets is now active, with dirt being moved and heavy equipment on the property. A warehouse building that previously sat on the corner has been removed.<\/p><!--]--><!--[--><p>Richland County has also approved a 50% tax credit for the development in exchange for investments in public infrastructure. Those investments include site remediation, the planned parking and the sidewalk and bike lane.
