At the intersection with U.S. 21, the antique vehicle crashed into an embankment, according to Davidson.<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>The 1934 Ford overturned, Kimball was ejected and died at the scene from the injuries he suffered in the wreck, according to the coroner\u2019s office.<\/p>\n<p><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>Davidson said Kimball was the only person in the 92-year-old car, and no other injuries were reported.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/usmovingexpertss.com\/?p=3592\">Burying hot radioactive waste in \u2018boreholes\u2019 mentioned in plan for SC nuclear campus<\/a><\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>There was no word if the 1934 Ford was equipped with seatbelts, or if Kimball was wearing any kind of safety restraints.<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>Information about what caused the vehicle to crash into the embankment was not available, but the wreck continues to be investigated by the Highway Patrol and coroner\u2019s office. An autopsy will be performed to determine the exact cause and manner of death, the coroner\u2019s office said.<\/p>\n<p><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>Through Sunday, 464 people had died on South Carolina roads in 2026, according to the state Department of Public Safety.
