Here\u2019s what to know<\/a><\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>Jillian Olson, a 29-year-old Lexington resident, began her career at the department in 2021, and had been a member of the dive team since 2024. She received several awards during her career, including Oustanding Judicial Services Deputy of the Year in 2023.<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources is leading the investigation into Olson\u2019s death, with assistance from the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division.
