The development is in Pinebluff, about a 75-mile drive southwest from downtown Raleigh.<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>Demetrius Louis Aggelis has been identified as a suspect, the sheriff\u2019s office said in an Aug. 12 news release.<\/p>\n<p><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>The victims include his stepfather Bobby Farris, 63, his mother Christina Aggelis, 62, and his niece Trinity Thomas, 20, officials said.<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>\u201c(Demetrius) Aggelis reported that he had gone to the residence at 115 Ryder Cup Boulevard to pick up his stepfather, Bobby Farris, and take him to an airport for a scheduled flight.
