Here\u2019s what we know.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>Justin Swearingen, a 40-year-old from Aiken, is the man who died at Augusta\u2019s WellStar MCG Health Medical Center on Monday, Coroner Darryl Ables said in a news release.<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>On Aug. 15, Swearingen was swimming in the Savannah River, separating South Carolina and Georgia, when he went beneath the surface, according to the release.
