Developer Haven Homes expects around 100 lots to be built after receiving the necessary approvals, according to sales representative Tyler Web.<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>It isn\u2019t the first project that\u2019s been planned for the area in 2026. Just north of the planned community, near the intersection of Farrow Road and Clemson Road, Killian Woods Development is planning to build a similar \u201ctownhome-style rental unit community.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><!--]--><!--[--><\/p>\n<p>Developers have not started construction on Parklane Place yet, and the price range for townhomes are still being finalized.
