Haleon pulled Gas-X Extra Strength Softgels 125mg because they might have been contaminated with a coolant when a machine leaked during packaging.

“There is a potential that ingestion of the softgels contaminated with the diluted propylene glycol-based coolant may result in adverse events such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and diarrhea,” Haleon’s FDA-posted recall notice states.

Lot Nos. TL8K, YH9X and YH9Y of the 120-count bottles have been recalled. Only lot No. X78N of the 72-count bottles was pulled. All have expiration dates of Nov. 30, 2028.
