Locals will soon have a new spot to go for a sandwich or a drink in a popular shopping and dining district.

Located at 4328 Fort Jackson Boulevard next to Tacos El Puebla and across from the Whole Foods and Ulta Beauty anchored Cross Hill Market shopping center, Exhale Cafe pitches itself as an innovative sandwich shop with diverse, exciting offerings.
The cafe is locally owned and operated by Quaneisha Rice, who said in a social media post the menu will include items such as Monte Cristo, club, croissant, peanut butter and jelly and French toast sandwiches, smash burgers and wings.

The cafe will also feature a bar offering mimosas. Exact hours have not been announced, but Rice said on social media the restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner on weekdays and brunch on weekends.
As part of a soft opening period, Cafe Exhale will be open from 5 to 10 p.m. on July 8 and July 10 and from 5 to 11 p.m. on July 11.
