A Stockton, California, woman has been identified by family and friends as one of three people killed in Saturday’s mass shooting at an In-N-Out Burger in Twin Falls.

Ashley Garibay, 23, was identified in social media posts by relatives and friends after authorities declined Sunday to release the names of those killed because not all families had been notified. Garibay was an employee working at the newly opened Twin Falls restaurant, Sacramento TV station KCRA reported, citing a family member.

Garibay was in Idaho to train workers, KCRA reported.

In-N-Out Burger President Lynsi Snyder confirmed in a statement that one of the restaurant’s associates was killed in the shooting.

“We lost one of our beautiful associates tonight. She was taking care of our most important asset — our customers, and her life was taken by a disgusting human who doesn’t value the lives of others or his own,” she said. “He shot both on our property and off, and ended his life shortly after he took the precious lives of our associate and customers, innocent people who never saw it coming.”

Friends and loved ones took to social media Monday to remember Garibay.

Alissa Juarez wrote, “Oh my beautiful friend, my heart breaks seeing your pictures knowing they’ll just be memories now.”

Garibay’s mother, Sabrina Garibay, changed her Facebook profile picture to a photo of the two together. Another friend, Ricardo Rivera, said his “heart is so heavy” as he shared In-N-Out’s statement about the shooting.

Twin Falls Police said 24-year-old Chad Williams opened fire at the restaurant Saturday afternoon before dying from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

At least seven others were wounded, police said.

Authorities said they believe Williams acted alone and are still working to determine his motive. The FBI said it is conducting a “thorough investigation” and asked anyone with photos or video of the shooting to submit them through its tips website.
