“The Flood Advisory will expire at 11:45 p.m. this evening for a portion of southeast South Carolina, including the following areas, Beaufort, Charleston and Colleton. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures,” states the NWS Charleston SC.
