A lake wind advisory was issued by the NWS Charleston SC on Sunday at 5:22 p.m. in effect until 8 p.m. for Inland Berkeley.
The NWS informs, “Southwest winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts to 30 kt and waves 1 to 2 feet on Lake Moultrie.”

“Strong winds and rough waves on Lake Moultrie will create hazardous conditions for small craft,” states the NWS. “Boaters on Lake Moultrie should use extra caution since strong winds and rough waves can overturn small craft.”
