Tickets are now on sale for Riverbanks Zoo and Garden’s annual ZOOfari fundraiser, where guests can sip craft cocktails and explore the zoo during the annual party, which returns Sept. 18.

The event is a longtime Riverbanks tradition and promises “an unforgettable evening of cocktails, cuisine, and conservation.”
The event includes food and drinks, as well as live entertainment, animal encounters and an auction with “rare and unusual” items.

Tickets are $100 per person, or $85 for zoo members.
Money made from the event goes to support the zoo’s animal care, conservation and education programs.

ZOOfari has been held for more than 25 years. Riverbanks Zoo opened in 1974 and has been a Midlands attraction for more than 50 years.
