A woman is in jail after a Tuesday night shooting at a hospital in South Carolina, according to the Aiken Department of Public Safety.

At about 8:25 p.m., officers responded to a report of a possible shooting at Aiken Regional Medical Center, department of public safety officials said in a news release.
At the hospital, officers located 39-year-old Celeste Martin and identified her as the shooter, according to the release. Information about how she was identified as the gunman was not available, and there was no word on a motive for the shooting.
After Martin was secured, officers conducted two searches of the hospital and neither any victims were located nor were any injuries reported, officials said.

Martin was taken to the Aiken County Detention Center, where she was charged with aggravated breach of peace, according to the release.
No bond has been set for Martin, who remains behind bars, jail records show.
Despite the arrest, the shooting remains under investigation, and Martin could face more charges, officials said.
The Aiken County Sheriff’s Department assisted in the investigation.
