A man was recently arrested in South Carolina on a drug charge, as well as several other crimes, according to the Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office.

On Friday, John C. Goodwin was charged with trafficking fentanyl (2 kilograms), in addition to possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime, possession of a stolen vehicle, motor vehicle chop shop stolen and altered property act, uniform citation for operating uninsured vehicle and tag registered to another vehicle, the sheriff’s office said in a news release.
Goodwin’s bond was set at $250,000 on the combined charges, according to the release. Bond has not been posted, Orangeburg County court records show.

Goodwin is scheduled to return to court Nov. 10, according to judicial records.
