A man accused of urinating on a row of fans at a Morgan Wallen show in Maryland has been tracked down in Wilson County, North Carolina, according to the Maryland Transportation Authority Police.

Jayson Reed, 33, is charged with four counts of second-degree assault, public urination “and other related offenses,” police said in an Aug. 12 news release. He is being held without bond in Wilson County, and will be extradited to Maryland, officials said.
The incident allegedly happened Saturday, July 18, as Wallen’s “Still the Problem Tour 2026” visited at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore.
“MDTA Police officers providing support to the Baltimore Police Department at the Morgan Wallen concert responded to a report of a fight in progress at the stadium,” police said
“Upon the officers’ arrival, security personnel identified individuals who had been involved in an altercation. Officers separated those involved, identified a male suspect, and escorted the suspect out of the stadium. … The suspect had allegedly urinated on concert attendees.”

Troy Grevelding of Phoenix, New York, identified himself as one of the victims in a video recorded at the concert and shared on Facebook.
“The gentlemen behind us whipped his (genitals) out, started (urinating) all over my niece, my brother (and) myself,” he said in a video. “I am about ready to … kill somebody.”
Grevelding says his niece is 8 years old, and the suspect urinated on her back.
The incident has gained national attention, including coverage in People magazine and TMZ.
Investigators are referring to Reed as a North Carolina man, but court records indicate he listed a Virginia home as his current residence.

Wilson County is about a 55-mile drive southeast from downtown Raleigh.
