The brothers who were with Hayden Panettiere when she died in Greenville were among a group involved in an altercation in a restaurant Saturday.

Zachary Hickerson was arrested for disorderly conduct and Brian Hickerson, Panettiere’s boyfriend, was detained but not changed.
WYFF television station posted a video that shows the highly agitated brothers in the parking lot of Wild Wing Cafe in Magnolia Park shopping center. One walked away from police officers showing an obscene gesture. He sat down on a curb and police handcuffed him.
Greenville Police Sgt. Diana Munoz said police were called around 9:10 p.m. in reference to a reported assault inside the restaurant.
Several people were involved in an altercation and multiple people were detained. No other people were charged.
“During the investigation, officers determined that Zachary Hickerson was highly intoxicated,” Munoz said in an email. “He began yelling profanities in a public setting, and as a result, he was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and transported to the Greenville County Detention Center.”
The incident report says, “Officer Koepke was attempting to gather information from Zachary and another individual who was standing with him and was not involved, and Zachary was uncooperative. He refused to follow simple instructions to stand still.”

The report says he was upset the other parties were not being arrested.
“Zachary was unable to understand what Officer Koepke and I were telling him. Zachary’s interfering behavior, coupled with his level of intoxication, appeared to have an effect on the confrontational, disorderly behavior that he exhibited. “
Brian Hickerson was released from the scene.
Zachary Hickerson was released on a recognizance bond of $257.50, jail records show.
TMZ reported Monday that Hayden Panettiere took oxycodone laced with fentanyl on the day she died.
“Our sources — all connected to the case and with direct knowledge — say Hayden had a ‘long time drug dealer’ in Los Angeles, who was providing her several black-market prescription drugs, including oxycodone,” TMZ said.
Toxicology results in South Carolina are still pending.
The coroner’s office released a statement saying, “This office has not released anything as of now. We will send out an email release once the cause and manner of death are ready for release.”
Panettiere died Aug. 16 at an apartment in Greenville. She was 36. The call to EMS reported a cardiac arrest.
