A man was arrested following the recent search of a South Carolina home, according to the Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office.

Jason Christopher McMurray was charged with trafficking heroin, fentanyl and methamphetamine as well as possession with intent to distribute marijuana, the sheriff’s office said Wednesday in a news release.
McMurray also was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and neglect of a vulnerable adult following Tuesday’s search of a Chatham Circle residence, according to the release. That’s in Winnsboro, near Fairfield Central High School and U.S. 321.
The home was searched as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation, the sheriff’s office said.
McMurray was arrested without incident and taken to the Fairfield County Detention Center, according to the release. There was no word about any bond, but the sheriff’s office said that McMurray remains in custody.

Despite the arrest, the sheriff’s office said that the investigation remains ongoing, and additional charges might be filed.
The 48-year-old McMurray previously pleaded guilty to drug crimes in 2007 and again in 2010, Fairfield County court records show.
