A Sumter woman faces multiple trafficking and weapons charges after a narcotics investigation led to a search of her home Tuesday, according to the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office.

Shannon Marie McLeod was arrested and charged with trafficking methamphetamine or cocaine base, trafficking fentanyl, trafficking cocaine, possession of a Schedule I-V controlled substance, possession of less than 1 gram of methamphetamine or cocaine base and possession of a weapon during a violent crime, according to a news release.
Investigators seized approximately 186.53 grams of methamphetamine, 42.63 grams of fentanyl, 16.38 grams of cocaine and 0.83 grams of crack cocaine, the release said. They also recovered 23 acetaminophen and hydrocodone bitartrate pills and two loaded handguns.

The total value of the seized drugs was estimated at approximately $47,470.
McLeod was booked into the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office Detention Center, where she was denied bond.
